Jo Bosowski's passion for painting started in 2003 when she took an oil painting class with her father which started her lifelong journey of covering acres of canvas and paper.
She now resides in Durango CO and is inspired by
the breathtaking beauty surrounding her and grateful for the
endless array of gorgeous subject matter to paint.
Her style is somewhat realistic with a whimsical feel. She enjoys
painting local scenes in watercolor and oil in vivid colors. Jo’s
goal is to make viewers feel the joy she felt as she created the
work of art.
Jo has participated in numerous group and solo shows.
Her paintings hang in many private collections across the US.
